Parc Regent Condominium is a 57-unit gated condominium facility, built in 1997-8, on 2.4 acres situated at the north edge of downtown Los Altos on the corner of Edith Avenue and San Antonio Road in Los Altos.

The facility consists of four two-story buildings, each with an elevator that serves the two living levels and the underground 100-space parking garage. Located in the center of the campus setting is a 20 x 40 foot pool kept at 82 degrees and a multi-jet spa kept at 102 degrees from Spring through mid-Fall. The grounds are extensively landscaped. The facility also includes a fully equipped exercise room with twice weekly exercise classes, a kitchen, a mail room and a common room for meetings, social events and weekday continental breakfast.
